REPERTOIRE
One composition, written by Russian Composer from Classical, Romantic or Modern period, including Composers from the Soviet Republics,
performed from memory. Ensembles may use music. Folk music and arrangements are welcome. The maximum duration of the performance
6 minutes.

ELIGIBILITY
Pianists, Instrumentalists, Vocalists and Chamber Ensembles are welcome to apply. Ages from 5 to 25.
(There are multiple winners determined by the Jury Panel in different instrumental categories as well as age groups).

AWARDS
  • All Winners determined by the Jury Panel are awarded with performance at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall and Certificate of
    Outstanding Achievement.
  • Select Winners are awarded with: Scholarships up to $1,000 toward the Summer Tour 2016 to France/Portugal.
  • Simon Rose Award: $100 for the best performance of a work by P. Tchaikovsky.
  • Gene Maria Award: $100 for the best performance of a work by Russian Composer.
  • The Best Ensemble Prize $200.
  • Special Prize to the youngest performer.

ACCOMPANIMENT
Instrumentalists and Singers are encouraged to provide their own accompanist. An accompanist can be provided for an additional fee.

APPLICATIONS DEADLINE AND FEE
Audition by DVD/YouTube only to be send by October 3, 2015. Solo Entry fee: $80. Ensemble Entry fee: $60 per member.

PERFORMANCE FEE (when selected)
  • Solo Performance fee is $250, includes 4 complimentary tickets and Certificate of Outstanding Achievement.
  • Ensemble Performance fee is $130 per member, includes 2 complimentary tickets and Certificate of Outstanding Achievement.
  • Additional ticket $60.
