APPLICATION FEE (Due with Application) Solo Entry $80; Additional Solo Entry $60; Ensemble $50 Each Member; Additional Ensemble Entry $40 Each Member.
PERFORMANCE FEE (when selected): Due by November 12, 2016 Performance fee $270 includes 4 tickets and Certificate of Outstanding Achievement, additional tickets $65 each. Ensemble performance fee $140 per member includes 2 tickets and Certificate of Outstanding Achievement, additional tickets $65 each.
AUDITION ELIGIBILITY Pianists, Instrumentalists (Classical and Traditional Folk), Vocalists and Chamber Ensembles are welcome to apply. Ages from 5 to 25.
All Winners determined by the Jury Panel are awarded with performance at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall and Certificate of Outstanding Achievement.
Select Winners are awarded with Scholarships up to $1,500 toward the Summer Tour
Simon Rose Award: $100 for the best performance of a work by an American Composer
Gene Maria Award: $100 for the best performance of a work by Russian Composer
The Best Ensemble Prize $200
Special Prize to the youngest performer
REPERTOIRE One selection of your choice from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic or Modern period performed from memory. Ensembles may use music. Arrangements are welcome. The maximum duration of the performance is 6 minutes. Multiple entries are accepted.
